Kontrust - Time To Tango

Kontrust is a up and coming band from Austria. Bomba is the name of the song that caused their breakthrough in The Netherlands, after hearing it on the radio for the first time, I searched for their music, finding their album "Time To Tango", which i've been listening to every day since discovering it.

According to the band, they are surprised about the number of people in The Netherlands that respond to Bomba. A quote from their homepage:

On the 2nd of February of 2010:

The Netherlands has been infected with the KONTRUST virus. Dutch national radio station 3FM went crazy over Bomba, giving this, and other tracks from the "Time To Tango" album a big boost into the Dutch charts.

On the 6th of February of 2010:

Insane, KOTRUST has got the Orange fever after Bomba storms The Dutch charts, entering in position 76, but that's not all: BOMBA is currently the number one downloaded rock song on the Dutch iTunes. On the BOMBA YouTube video, the language most used in comments is now Dutch.

The video for "Bomba" might have something to do with the "virality" of the song. The band members are dressed up like they star in a cheap Austrian porno movie from the eighties. Their demure act poses a nice contrast to the energetic music, giving it a comedial effect.
