Settlers has always been more about economy and building then war, this last installment called "Paths to a Kingdom" is no different. While you can win the game by killing off your oponent, proper development of your city can also take home the bacon.
I've been part of the Beta for this game, and loved every minute of it. After the game was released, I went and downloaded the demo (which was hard to find; while steam sells the game, it doesn't offer the demo), and been loving that as well.
I've been taking a look at gamesload; a way to buy games digitally, very similar to steam, but a lot cheaper (-20%), but since they do not offer iDeal payments (primary online payment solution in The Netherlands, works with online banking), I decided to use my PayPal account.
After hitting a landing page that seems to be missing it's style-sheet, I found out that "Direct Download" isn't true when you use PayPal - something they might want to warn you about before letting you pay - and even talk about adding an extra "PayPal Safety Charge". It's safe to say that I was not amused and instantly submitted a complaint with the gamesload and PayPal.
I'll keep you posted about how this progresses.
